I'm Erik. I'm a senior at the University of Rhode Island majoring in Criminal Justice and minoring in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics.
I have a long history with video games, which is important when trying to maintain a blog about them. I was introduced to video games through a family friend at a young age. He had a Nintendo 64, and I immediately became a junkie for Goldeneye 007 and Mario Kart. The years progressed and gaming stayed right there with me. My tastes have changed- I love Grand Theft Auto, Forza, and Ratchet and Clank, but I’ll be damned if I still don’t enjoy a good game of Mario Kart Wii.
With age comes greater responsibilities, and it's become more difficult to find the time to play games, let alone afford them. To accommodate, I’ve found myself looking for older, cheaper games I can play around with in my spare time. And hey, this blog was born around that exact concept.
